Mods and admins dont have to warn, warnings are something the do out of generosity.

I think you will find they do not strictly have to warn users if the action being undertaken is severe enough.

chip_fork is completely right, if the site rules are broken mods/admins can boot straight away if they want.

As has been said (many times) before, forums are not the correct place to put grievances with moderators (or other players). Please use the contact us form for this kind of matter.

Note, if there is a general complaint against moderators as a group (eg we are too strict, too lenient, or too few) you can use the forum, but that doesn't mean specific boot occurrances should be dealt with here.

Secondly, if you're going to try and provoke moderators they will often not have time to respond nicely - and will have to resort to booting. Moderators are often busy, so will have to deal with matters quickly.

chip_fork is correct, warnings are used by us sometimes when people are getting close to the line, but we certainly don't have to use warnings.

So, lars, please don't use the forum for this again and cool_boy, please stop spamming the forum.
