im here at this very minute, and i cant log on!!! any news on whats going on yet with these logging out problems. im getting desperate now! plz help :-(

Certainly the error reported to you has been fixed, as for whether you can log on I can't tell you.

Im still only getting as far as.....logging in, typing, then get logged out..before i can enter it!!!.............Sorry bout all this, but dont know who else to ask!

I'm the correct person to ask, can you tell me what message you get when you are logged out now?

Ok,after i log in, it says Welcome justsumgirl, you are logged onto the game server. Then after a couple of seconds it will log me out regardless to what i do i.e chat/play/change rooms

Nick i'm sorry bout this, but now poolsharks is playing up too!!
When i click open game.it opens but the whole screen stays blank!!! I dont know if you have been readind my posts, but did you know this is only happening when im using my laptop?? When i use the other pc its fine.
I have got same settings on both, and ive checked my router connections etc, tho they cant be the prob or i wouldnt be able to get this far!
I hope you can help me............lol

I know exactly what you mean. it's like when you're dieing for a poo, you drop it, and then when you sit back down you feel like you've never been so comfy in your entire life! Classic.

Can you attempt to log in as a guest on the laptop? Does the same happen.

I've updated the code locally, tomorrow I'll put online a new version that can tell us some more information.

Additionally, can you attempt this:

On Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options, Security, and tell me the level set.

Even logging in as a guest on the laptop the same thing happens....my security level is custom....

Ok, so can you tell me the Java security settings, basically same as before.

On Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options, Security, Custom Level...

This will open a new window. Scroll about half way down until you see Java Pemissions. Please tell me the security level set. It should be "High Safety".

Strange error!

I think your Java installation may have a problem. Can you open your control panel (of the Start menu), click the Java control panel, click Advanced, click <Applet> tag support, click Internet Explorer and ensure you turn off the tick.

Restart all browsers and try again.
