Yes, new users start with 675 (intermediate).

Existing users are boosted by 50 as well.

i seriously do not know how i missed that double negative. afey, that was cheesy and sly.
im very good at confusing all my (even myself sometimes)mates (even myself sometimes) with double negatives and they dont have a clue what im on about, damn its a funny thing to do.
