Getting closer to the date ...

Andy we now taking 3 cars up where's the best parking near the stadium? How much it all cost etc? And how long do you rekon it'll take to get from Sunderland to Newcastle after the game?

Gonna be a good laugh, kicking your behinds up NORF !

I seriously Dont remember typing that sarcastic comment before....

Being serious now, i think portsmouth to win 2-1, and Sunderland will be relegated this year, they didnt buy wisely and dont have any strength in depth, also i think portsmouth will struggle this year although they have players with experience which may save them.

As for football i support Coventry, so i cant really bragg there, and im not a big fan, so i guess i am an armchair fan, football tiks cost to much in my opinion.

right goo, listen up son coz i'm only gonna say this...as many times as you want it :-)

I reckon a good place to park would be down by the river, next to Dame Dorothey school. You should find it it is the road coming down off the right when you come off the Monkwearmouth bridge from the city centre end. I would get there in good time to avoid drunk Sunderland Supporters.

After the match, it takes me a good 20/25 mins in match traffic to get to my house in whitburn. So I would say allow a good hour to get into Newcastle.

Hope this is of use. By the way I hope Si ain't driving, because knowing him he will turn up at the match under the influence, never mind after the match!!!

Ah, but you see, my love of alcohol mixed with my love of football meant there is only one outcome. Goo is driving.

You think I'm missing the biggest booze-up this side of christmas? Even I'm not that stupid!

15 people definately making the huge treck. Hoping to add another 10-15 on top.

I reckon we should use public transport from newcastle to sunderland, and make friends with all the friendly mackems. What say you goo and andy?

good plan Mr Simon, why you not tell me that on the phone? Yeah I'll look into it, but then we have the problem of starting drinking earlier.

I'm genuinly honoured that you'd classify my birthday in the same league of "the biggest booze-up this side of christmas?" get in.

Tomtax you sound like your sending me to some sort of Sunderland getto where a ruk will probably happen in 10 mins. Bearing in mind I have alloys and I want them on my car when I leave too!

Andy fair play, I'll hopefully be online a bit this week and I'll try and catch you on.

Please, the name is Tommy!

Starting to look forward to the match. Of course not as much as the Newcastle Match, but either way, sounds good.

Goo, I'm sorry. But you just gave away that your car is worth nicking, I would find a very good hiding place, otherwise it won't be there when the night is out!

Mr Simon (<<<<wtf<<<<) I would just like to run over some stadium rules, so you don't get into any embarassing moments with the staff.

No sharp weapons. THat Counts bottle openers.
No Alchohol. yes that's right. NONE!
No Explosives. Yes I know that goo has never bothered to tell you, but a molitov cocktail, isn't a drink.

No Abuse. That means that when you are in the stadium 4-0 down, no abuse of the portsmouth players.

Thanks, I hope you have a good time.

hehe, that was a laugh out loud moment.

We going to Sunderland cos it coinsides with my Birthday, probably will be going up Newcastle, went 2 years ago and must say one of the best experiences I've had at an away game (execpt for the Baggy game, we even lost but I still cheered my heart out till I was an emotional wreck)

Or a big club, hehe .... going up Man U on the 3rd Dec, got hotels booked, gonna be looking at Clubs, Nick any suggestions ?
