This was only ever going to end one way...it made little to no sense for ANYONE for Diaz to win, including himself. They've got their trilogy bout and the UFC and the two men are laughing all the way to the bank. McGregor won't lose at 155 now either IMO.

Diaz won't drop down in weight. Not sure why he even agreed to it must have been all the hits to the head he was taking. The only way they will make more money from a trilogy fight if Diaz does drop weight is if the title is on the line if you ask me. Connor walked away with three million plus and Diaz just over two million, they were laughing all the way to the bank soon as they found that out.

I don't see the trilogy happening though based on the fact Diaz won't drop weight. Have seen rumors that Diaz gains more weight than he takes off so could find it hard. If that trilogy does not happen i see Connor and Aldo going at it again for a title rematch.
