Actually Keith once let me submit a team list late on a Sunday, but nobody would have known to have been able to say anything because he doesn't submit the fixtures usually until gone midnight sometimes.
It's down to the discretion of the runner. James was the runner this week, not Keith.
Very good point. Keith allowed James to be runner what James says should go and if wrong then keith can fix .. I understand everyones point of view .. BUt all those points should me messaged to keith not on DFE thread Have a great day EVERYONE
Yeah, keith sticks to his deadlines rather than allowing friends and his own team to have an extension when they've already had 3 days to submit teamsheets.

just asked craig if he wants to play .. his reply was.. im busy... he was playing a 9ball ranked game... I said 630 then... he said no im busy... get me a sub please... hes going bk on ignore where he will stay. god knows how people put up with him.

It's a 15 minute game, most normal people would just acknowledge they're on at the same time and get it done. There shouldn't have to be some special arrangements just because one has a tournament addiction and acts as though he can pay his bills with his funky medals.
If trats logs on and sees you on and says can we play now, why is that some huge issue? Do you need preparation time? Must you do a pre match ritual? No, it's because you insist on playing every tournament there is and won't miss one. So when you're playing someone you dislike you try your hardest to be as annoying as possible. He may well have had you on ignore, but each time hes approached you to play you've been awkward just for awkwards sake.
Try and get a swap if possible, then.
