Guys any idea when cliffy will be on? He said Sunday would be good to me in pm, but so far I've not seen him at all. You probably know his times better than me though!

I'll text him now. How long you on for tonight, and what times are best if I need to sub?

Cheers mate, I've gotta get off for a bit now, but should be back about 10:15 UK time (family round so I can't be on earlier). I've given cliffy that time in a pm too if he comes on and sees it .

GsC

i was suffering with lag extreme lag..

anyhow in a certain rack i was going for the 8 it was over the pocket and 9 mid table..easy follow tru to pot 9..but the shot was taking for me and aimed up table lol was a joke..i asked 2pac about it..and he gave it to me anyways..he kind of expects friction from his team over this..but in his words.-it was common sense to allow me it..110% true sportsmanship- i had the rack won anyway but use had to be there..

overall it finished 6-6.

both rusty but played in high spirits.

he had to rush out.

Hopefully this result doesn't have repercussions on the lad, he was just being sensible .

Good luck to Niall and fresh now, and rapid and fluffy later

Technically could've taken the frame, and the 7-5 win.. And I understand many players on both sides would've done so.. But personally I play the game the way I wish other to play against me. Black was over the bag, and 9 ball in a easy position to pot afterwards.. But either way it's down to the individual, the way I play is fair and I felt it would be justice to give him the frame. I know not everyone will agree with what I did, but it's what I felt was fair.

me vs _fresh_

Got thumped 8-3 and honestly not sure how I even managed 3! Even though I was clearly very rusty as far as competiive games go (and it certainly showed in a lot of my shots), he was very good and took advantage of my errors with some fine clearances and fully deserved the win. Well played mate!

P.S. that'll teach you for texting me to sub in last minute Stu

That particular Niall has well and truly come and gone! Fresh was excellent though, even if I was at my best I might not have got much closer.

Well done guys. Winning 4 out of the 5 is a massive achievement, and one that probably won't be repeated. Cliffy and Chris pulling out of the cup final was a massive blow and made the whitewash look unlikely.

Next season is almost certainly the last, so let's try to make it a good one. In a rare moment of maturity, I've buried the hatchet with that delinquent Sam and he'll be playing a few frames for us. We're also welcoming back Adam, who is available until September.

Please welcome the return of apples_back and onua0767.
