Ok when I log on to lappy all these windows come up about downloads/exe things. Any time I click to run or save the security scan runs n then goes back to where it started, adding same program to list again
Tried downloading Java but not happening as save and run leads me back to the dopey window.......anybody any ideas???

Downloads ain't running tho, that seems to be the problem

Download spybot search and destory or run virus scan, clear cache and history.

If your pressing download and they don't show .. In downloads find the file right click then got to properties and then allow ... See if that helps worked for me

i had this issue m8 all i did was make a new admin account on my laptop and that was problem solved

Can you get to your Control Panel and click on Add/Remove Programs?

Can you jot down what's listed please?

Is there anything which might say it's Go-zilla??

Or method two:

Do the same on Control Panel - Add Remove Programs etc and click on Internet Explorer (version number) SP1 and Internet Tools

Agree to Uninstall - but wait. Once agreed you'll be given the option to repair try that instead. REPAIR IE)

dunno! Got on earlier n played 3 games against Dee, went to play snook and the thing just kept donuttin
came back to play noob and then when eventually got sorted lag was terrible tried from 10.50 until 11.30ish to get back on to play match n just kept bloody donuttin again

just got on relatively easy there now, played a game, no lag......WTF?

IF you still have lag issues then there are a few actions you can take:

If using Windows 10: Type in System Settings - it will take you to the Advanced settings - click on the Settings under Performance then change from what Windows recommends to Best Performance.

Windows 8: Desktop, Then Drag mouse pointer to bottom right of the screen displays a Menu, Control Panel, System & Security, Advanced System Settings, Settings under Performance. (Do the same as above)

Also; Clear the Java Temporary Files: Control Panel, Java (32bit) icon - General Tab - View Temporary Files, Settings, Delete etc.

best advice iv got as i had the same problem eddie is to write to admin on the help game right at the bottom of the page and ask to be takin off the premium list n ask fastboysam to add you to the list for a refund from nick

you don't get Premium back once your account is gone, it was transferable years ago but generally if you Deactivate or get Banned or lose account in any way then you don't get it back.

Far as i know Nick hasn't refunded anyone for Premium as people buy it knowing the state of the site. Best thing is save your money until issues are sorted out and a long term fix can be found
