Also Google Drive has Online Word which automatically saves progress (just need a Google Email)

https://www.libreoffice.org/ - I use this and Office.
Apache OpenOffice just download the full installation from their website only not CNET or filehippo or soft-tonic etc. Only thing I dislike about this is it's slow and saves word files as Docx so have to make sure your operating system is compatible with the Word version.

Google Docs but need a Gmail account
Atlantis Word Processor.

All depends what Program in Office you want to use; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Publisher etc
