He's a good player to be fair, I did have him on this team before. The reason he was released was due to reliability issues. Now if he can only play nowadays on weekends and fails to show then there's another 5 days where our player will be twiddling their thumbs wondering whether their Captain will act properly and focus on getting all matches first then the result.
We have 7 in each team, the 4 selected for both will be those I can have full faith in being as flexible as need be. Three subs will be available but only IF our own players cannot complete their match. Swaps I don't see the need for any swaps so I'll decline or reverse all too.

No captain can decide not to accept swaps, they can swap games back but if games go to default it goes against the team who switch back.
2/7 days he can only play! It's not us playing for default it's you being completely disrespectful to the fixture itself and failing to accommodate my players. You better hope he gets drawn versus a player who will be available for a weekend then lol. You'll be the one restricting the fixture from the start.
