Can't complain with my performance in this one, didnt miss a pot and took every chance i had at the table. 8 us i took the first, then i seven balled him after a bit of safety play i decided to go for the chance and luckily my first cannon came off nicely to set me up for the clear. 9 us fine margins here for me to win both, in the first he tried to play a snooker after becoming suck, he almost had it perfect but pace was off by a fraction and i cleared up. in the second he was unlucky again as he played a nice snooker but potted the 5 ball and left himself in a tough snooker and i potted a nice combo shot to take it early on. 8 uk he had a class run out which i thought looked fairly tough to make but he navigated the last few balls very nicely. i replied with my own runout which was also well controlled. Got as many points as i could have here, lucky i did give him many chances in the previous frames because he seemed to be playing well when he had the chance in the 8 uk frame. happy with the result as hes a class player, always a pleasure playing him ggs mate ul

Quality result again mate, awesome response to his runout....help yourself to your own. Very well played and cheers for logging on at short notice.

played alright, had absolutely no luck at all hence no runs. Had 3 double pots in the first rack... that says it all really! He couldn't make the most of his chances though.

What a marathon, not looking forward to the next round ill say that lol Was good and fun to play a longer type match for a change, played very well in spells throughout the match but i did play some loose shots in some, generally didnt miss much just a few loose cannons and positionals. 8 us knew i was in for a game after losing the first two, i did go for them but both chances were pretty tough and he cleared from there. Then i rallied in the next 4, including a run out and seven balling, he was ul with cannons in the other two i think like me in the first. 9 us i played a very thin shot and just missed and he cleared, it looked like he was about to level but gifted me the next to make it 5 - 3, i took the rest with a run out and some nice clears, he gifted me another though so should have really been 3 all here. 8 uk thought he might make a dream comeback with two quick clears after i got ul on my cannons, but he got ul in the next for me to take the match, we played the rest and i had a run out, he fluked a frame which in all fairness he deserved

Overall great match enjoyed all the frames, both had a bit of bad luck, him a bit moreso then myself haha i think i played well enough to take it but could have been closer, onto the semis ggs mate pleasure as always

AWESOME result mate - sounds like an Epic contest between 2 very good players - Very well done and Good Luck in the Semis - Even longer format I believe as well.
