8us - (4) vs (1) He was doing well clearing off my dry break but snookered himself on the black and I cleared. He then pot off his break, cleared his balls but snookered himself on the black again to leave me to clear up. He then cleared up after I made a mistake towards the end. I came back with a nice 7 balling and took the last too

9us - (3) vs (2) I messed up position on a simple 9 to hand it to him. All other frames were normal 9 ball frames apart from one where he returned the favour when he messed up position on the 9 and left me a simple one when his double attempt missed

8uk - (4) vs (1) He was unlucky in a few but for once I played well in UK and finished it off with a nice run out

ggs mate, some good stuff, harsh luck on a few occasions.. good luck in the rest of your season

Strange game i played well and cleared everything in US8 and could easily have been 5-0 then he done a complete reversal in US9 when again it could easily have been 5-0 him. Onto UK8 at 5-5 which was fair up to that point. In 1st 2 frames i fouled when opening balls and he hit very nice clears and neither was easy with a few tough shots. In third frame i missed pots twice in a row which was about the only ones i missed all game and he eventually cleared. In the 4th frame i potted down to one ball and he snookered as there was nothing on, it wasn't the easiest snooker to get out of, so was happy to hit it only for the ball i hit to come off the cushion and knock the white in which really summed up uk. He then again cleared well. Onto last game of uk i potted 5 and was unlucky when trying to open last 2 balls, thought it wasn't a problem as the table was a mess with the black tied up, he then hit one of the best clears i have seen in ages which included an inch perfect cannon to open his last ball and black, any other connection he was potting the black. Good games mate very well played, strange to lose 10-5 from not doing a lot wrong but fair play to him he played very well in US9 and UK8.
