Barring a major miracle from Derik, it looks as though we have lost two of our first three fcl fixtures. However all to play for in the last and I'm sure Seb and Freak will do their best to win it for us. Definitley not the best start we could have hoped for, but its also not the worst, yet .Room to improve heading into the Super League fixtures and the second set of FCL fixtures in just over a weeks time. Good luck with the rest of the FCL fixtures and the FBL ones too. Any problems drop me or bucky a message and we will do our best to sort. Been pleasantly surprised by the activity of many in this clan, with our clan completing the most games so far out of every. Nice one

I'm so awful, buckjam, played brilliant and probably should of killed me off before we started 8 uk, but i some how won some frames. I just couldn't seem to pot anything. Especially when I went 6-4 up and I lost the last 3 frames

The first game must of been a fluke, I'm no where as near as good as I used to be for chickens sake

You played as well as me and thought i was quite good actually They were just good open games of pool and we both missed some and were unlucky in places. Sorry to have knocked out a fellow FPD player and especially you buddy.

While we were playing i said to fr34k_po0t to slow down. Its very easy to get carried away and see shots as easy ones. Those are the ones we average players miss.........a lot. You have a 20 sec shot counter. Use it. Take 10-12 secs a shot and be sure. Its hard sometimes but pretend every shot is the 9 ball or black.It may save you a few frames before you get over confident again as we all do.

Just thought i would share that. If any of our better players have advice for us then please share as every frame won from it is a bonus.

Great advice. I was forever rushing my shots last season, mainly out of fear of overthinking them and messing up, or talking myself out of making the most logical shot. I feel I've slowed down by about 3 - 4 seconds per shot and it does appear to have helped a bit. Positioning and thinking ahead of my next shot are still areas that let me down a bit

Good advice mate Sebastian told me same as I like to shoot in 5-10 seconds and 5 extra for tough pot. If I need thinking time on a shot I need at least 30 seconds to work out possibilities. In friendlies I do 90 seconds so if get called away, no three randoms

If you remember I told you this when we both first joined FPD .. I probably need to take my own advice a little bit more

think we all do spoon mate, we give out good advice but when we should take that advice in our own games, we rush, play wrong shot, miss sitters etc then after think i should have done this different and just don't listen to your mind. i think we all can be better if we take our own advice but thats humans for you.
