example: Seb is from Germany, not sure if he was born in USA? but that makes him ROW so Team UK can't sign him

Yes its still going pal, spoke to Eri earlier and hes only had 5 interested for the ROW Team. Problem is their are a lot more UK players than ROW so its hard for him.

Hoping to speak to Richie tomorrow when i'm less busy and try and finish our UK Team ASAP so Eri can pick up the scraps.
