8us: - 2-2 - I went 2-0 down, I had some horrid luck and no roll of the ball but take nothing away from James he cleared both frames very well. I then won the next 2 the 2nd being a runout - not sure where that came from.

9us: - 4-0 - I played this type like i was possessed, I didn't really miss anything and the snookers he tried to play just fortunately for me didn't pay off. I was a little apprehensive about this type as he's been playing very well vs Rich recently.

8uk: - 2-2 - Once again I went 2-0 behind and he cleared brilliantly in them, I got a little lucky in the 3rd he was on for a fine clearance but potted the cue ball in the opposite pocket...thank God - I cleared - that cemented the overall win. We played the last frame and I was rooting for him to get a runout (be a fitting way to end the match) but it didn't materialize instead he ended up potting the 8 prematurely.

Overall: I think i deserved the win - 9us was where it was won but I had to dig deep from being 0-2 on two occasions. Was a very good match and that was down to both players.
