I have said before that if teams sign players without knowing who they were previously that i would take action against any team that did.

Phoenix were never going to sign a player who was a day old without knowing who he was previous and if he wouldn't say they shouldn't be signing anyway.

The player in question i am sure you were fully aware would not not be allowed in the league yet you hoped to gain an advantage by signing him.

This is a warning but if it happens again i am more than happy to take action as it is unfair on all the other teams in the league.

I still have no idea who they are now and quite frankly couldn't careless who they are. All I know is they were banned since me and Alex last spoke last evening. IF they are banned from the site then admin have their reasons and I completely support that.

What I don't agree with is the tone of your post, you have no right to even accuse us when you can't prove a single thing. The decent thing would have been to message myself or Alex offline and we could have a discussion with you. No instead you berate us about a fabricated idea in your mind which I will and can categorically deny any knowledge about.

Now you have the audacity to request us to reply offline but it's perfectly acceptable for you to slander us on a public forum?

The only thing that is ridiculous is that you are still trying to say that you sign players that have a day old account without knowing who they are.

I have posted previously regarding the signing of fake newbies and how clans have a right to find out who they are to maintain the credibility of the leagues.

I have posted a warning if you wish to continue with your signing policy, please do not come complaining to me if I take further action next time.

Like ash would sign someone without knowing who they were previous. Heck he would reject half the player on this site that are better than him. First question ash wants to know: how good are you? ... If the banned player in question couldn't answer that properly then ash wouldn't even bother speaking to the player further.

I still have no idea who they are, I can happily submit you the Facebook dialogue between myself and friendyboy from last night if you like?

The age of the account was only noticed near the end of the conversation and we both agreed we already have 15 well 14 fantastic players so with them being good now can we imagine how good they'd be in 30 days time.

Sorry if you're misguided and think I have any knowledge who they are. Also questioning my signing policy is a bit rich seeing as I like to think I sign up top quality players and have only failed in that department once with one player who proved to be a waste of time. All signings are discussed and not signed up on a whim. Alex signed this particular player which I still commend him for.

Not really sure on what basis this attempt of a signing can warrant an accusation, but I can tell you now that I was the one who conversed with this person and I was the one who signed him up as he was really good at pool. I am a long serving fper but like with football, I do not really know the ins and outs of people, let alone old usernames or such. I asked Alex (he said his name was Alex) if he had played before. No was his response. I'm not going to pester someone, if there is no trust what's the point?

Anyways, to sum up, lay off the accusations horse and get off your high horse. Get some facts then come talk about rule breaking.
