Firefox you need to try alternate cue power in options. It works different on Firefox than other browsers. If you have it unchecked it hits way too hard on every shot.

F11 full screen helps also as Firefox in Full Screen is like Opera in Normal View, doesn't help me as i zoomed in Opera but larger monitor helped me a lot but not been on Snooker enough to notice
