Way to go guys.. Again regardless of what anyone thinks of you Ash (me included!) you did brilliantly.. And it's always worth sticking around and captaining a team whether they come first, second, or last... It was a given that uprising were gonna take it, but you never gave up. That's what leagues should be about! Not the fighting or b1tching. Hopefully next season we can ALL be fair and complimentary to one another.

I dont agree tbh, if im active during the whole fixture and i cant make only the last hours on deadline day i would get angry with my team if i get subbed out.
But in this case a sub may have been provided considering the game had no effect at all in the standings.

Pfft eri, remember on snooker where Sam disappeared all fixture and the end result was pretty much the decider, I subbed in on deadline vs you and you guys won the league, if I'd refused and gone for default, we'd have won,. maybe i'm different, I just don't think it's proper.

Well the guy who was playing sam wasnt the must active player either if i remember right.

And that match didnt decide the league either as we won it with two games without getting played in the last fixture.

It did decide the league.

We lost the league by 2 points, if I refused to sub in and went to default since Sam was useless, we'd have won. But I don't work that way

Well tinie too was offline the second week of that fixture. I admit he tried in the first week but thats not enough to take all the default points.

And we finished only 2 points ahead because we didnt get the last games vs SL played as the title was already decided.

I appreciate the sub u made cause our player was more in fault, but from there to say that the match decided the league its unfair IMO.

It's true, if i refused to sub in we'd have won the default. Tinie may have been slim pickings but sam didn't log in at all and tinie asked 3 times.. so yeah.. we would have won. Even if by a single point, we'd have won. The fixture before for the cup you were refusing a sub because linfield was on vacation.. and dv8 had waited the 'entireeeee fixture' I had to sub that out for us to win the cup, if it was the other way round no way would you have subbed anyone in to determine the league winner. But I did, knowing we'd lose.. that's called teamplay, not 'desperate to win' play'.

If you think im desperate to win thats fair enough, i respect your opinion.

But ive been playing with Uprising and Allstarz(on snooker) when they finished 4th on the standings, so i guess that im not that desperate.
I simply dont like subbing active players out when its not their fault why the games doesnt get played. And if i was that desperate to win i wouldnt have accepted an extension in those cup games and win that fixture on defaults.

anyway guys as said under normal circumstances i wouldn't blame ash for not subbing but places was already decided in the league and was unlikely we would get 15-0 so it wouldn't matter how the game was resolved

It's a fact. If you were in my position there's no way you'd have made that last sub, and you know it.

Yes we would have won the league, we lost by 2 points because i subbed in 4-2 vs you on the last hour of deadline night, if id have let it go to default we'd have got 6-0 because tinie tried the entirity of the 2 weeks to get it played and Sam was nowhere to be seen.

I cant be bothered tbh. If u think its that way then its ok. Just remember that we didnt play the last game vs SL(as a result no completition bonus either) because the league was already decided. If it would have mattered then the gap would be bigger.

And also tinie had no chance to win the default 6-0 as he was inactive the 2nd week. The best u could get from that default is 3-0/4-0.

And lets not forget here the 2 points u were gifted from the league runners at the first fixture we played ;)
