First game she had a couple of fluked safeties and I never got a proper shot to pot from. Next couple were sort of similar for us both, missed shots ended up leaving nothing on, but I went to 2-1 up before she levelled and then took a 5-9. I replied with a nice runout for 3-3. She made a late mistake in the next to put me 4-3 up, but in my next clearance I fouled and left a 4-9 on to take it to 4-4. I missed an easy chance at the end of the next on the black to go 5-4 down, she took a nice clearance to go 6-4 up before I potted a straightforward (but still easy to get wrong) 3 ball combo on the first shot after the break to give me a chance of the draw, but again another late mistake cost me.

Sorry guys, wasn't at the races despite 2 well won frames and the balls just didn't roll my way. It was a difficult match for either of us to pull away in and it stayed within a frame until 6-4. Gutted to not get the win or even a draw which looked certain until the very end, but you can only play what is in front of you so well done to her and FPD bringing it back level. A couple of mistakes at the end of frames for both, so no complaints about losing. My own fault


As a side note, my connection disconnected and reconnected quite a few times during the match (i'd say about 5-6 times). Nothing really to put me off, but a bit worrying that I was going to be kicked from the server. Anyone else had problems like that?
