After a scrappy first three frames edged by him, which he potted the white with the 9 I pulled myself together and took the next 3 well enough, though he fouled early on in both UK frames. I would've been unfortunate to go 3-0 down, but I was lucky to come away with a win here. Very nice guy, pleasure to play. I seem to get very nice players!

It just didn't quite work for me, a couple of nice chances fell just short on position including a runout in 9us (underhit) and one in 8uk (no position on black). He finished well from those chances though as well as his own apart from the first frame. (luckily my team had done the business and we still got the win)

Should've taken my chances here, each missed opportunity dented my confidence and by 8uk I knew it was over. Potentially could've got the win, had a chance of 2-0 in 8us and missed a combo with the 9 just needing any contact to drop after he fluked a 2 then left a 4-9 hanging over, and finally blew another 8uk runout chance that I really should've put away. Overall he deserved the win, but the door was open for me to sneak it. ggs wp mate, well done FPD!

Played my semi final players match against Davybaumers and i managed to win it somehow
