Happily taking this draw, in 8us I had one random from not paying attention enough in the first frame and he took out the frame and didn't need much in the second either. First 9 ball frame I was going for a runout, and my cannon into the 6 with the clearance on saw it rebound back to the white off the middle jaw and go touch tight instead of in the nice open table, but then he got unlucky to leave me on the 9 ball in both frames for me to unbelievably go back level. Tried a clearance in 8uk in the first frame, couldn't manage it and he won the first. Second frame he broke and I cleared (and was surprised that I hit two perfect positions in the last two shots because I needed to and I'm normally not good with precision position).

Could've ended up with a loss, so a draw is fine with me all day long. He was rusty, which told in 9us, but he was still lethal and it could've been 5-1 to him (or 4-3 if i'd have got that runout ). Pleasure to play, but you'd expect nothing less from a nice guy like ritchie
