In these frames I played fairly attacking and did well on a few clears but one or two also saw me get down to last colour or black and not have any potting chance on, in which he finished up in those frames. Otherwise though he had bad lag with his power as he does and got unlucky a couple of times too on clears. I did play tactical and go safe when nothing much was on midway in some frames and it worked out well. He did disconnect in frame 5 with his laptop shutting down but i left it be his as he said he'd finished his 4 balls up even though i didn't see it and he had it easily on to finish so felt it was harsh to replay. Ggs, thanks for playing!

I'm pretty sure he never played to his best,i was at the top of my game in this match,i think I missed one pot in the 6 racks we played,very unlucky mate,all the best for the season.

In 8us it was fairly evenly matched but on the 3 frames i won it was often when cliffy started off going for it when it was tough and not managing it or balls not falling and id finish it off well, sometimes needing some tactical play before i took on the clears! In the 2 it was moreless the same but me not getting clears at first and him finishing off. In 9us we both had bits of luck, i did more though id say with fluke pots and snookers from being snookered. But i went 2-0 down with cliffy dealing with the odd snooker well and then given his chance, him clearing very well with no error, and things falling a bit better. But then it was 2-2 as i found myself getting chances for clears from my luck this time and taking them well always. And in the last i messed up a clear early on, but he missed on the black but got away leaving me close up to it with a pot very tight. Then in 8uk i played some better stuff clearing off him getting unlucky on a run out where a yellow was left over a middle pocket, but i avoided fouling and got the clear. Then i ran out very well before the rest saw some scrappier stuff where he did get unlucky 1 or 2 times on finishes he maybe should of got. Overall ggs, enjoyed it a lot! Always pleasure.
