My hands are tied to who can play or more importantly be available from the previous time (6pm). We require some leniency here instead of being dictated too.

The only option available to me is legend_pot (after 6pm but theres no concrete promise he can make it) and myself but I am in no position to play atm for my own personal reasons. Your player posted the other day about he'd spoken with Ryan and mentioned he would try be online Friday evening as moving out on Saturday. This same player were offline all Friday evening so it would have been a complete waste of his time.

Now he dictates we only play from his time, you have zante, horse, ritcho, yourself who can all sub in so why don't you focus on getting the match played than being concerned about the possibility in losing the fixture overall and meet me in the middle?

It happened last time that Jack got his opponents shifted around and ended up bring in the final game with a deadline day arrangement and you asked for him to be replaced. Your player is the issue, so why do we need to jump through hoops? Jack is active and will be on like the arrangement has been. If there is an issue that means Jack can't play then we'll sub him out.

If you have someone who can uphold your side of the fixture then that's great. I don't think our players would be available before 6 anyway, so us not making a sub is hardly trying any games, Jack is the most likely player to be available.

I totally agree davy, I'm trying to get it played but them not having their player available till after 6pm is the stumbling block. They can sub in many other players, the fact it's corsair and their best player is ensuring they dig their heels in.

I reiterate we will wait and hope legend_pot can log on later on.

When i had a match against one of his team members through the season, i arranged with that player and the next day he made a sub and i had to play (_aquarius12_) the captain himself (tactical or not?). We start playing and i came 3-0 in the lead and he said he wasn't playing on his own computer and he had problems with playing. I respected him and i gave him a restart the next day and he didn't show. A few minutes before our match, i heard from a team member that he couldn't play, without a message from himself and an unknown reason. Then he subbed kris in against me. Finally i had a player and i lost 0-5. I said something about it and in the eyes of kris i was a bad loser.

In my opinion, it would be great if both clans will work together under the best circumstances.

Same happened on my arrangement with corsair. I was a bit disappointed, but i'm not going to discuss it, because i don't know him personally and i assume he had a good reason why he logged out again. To be honest, i rate corsair higher then myself and need my best play to get a chance against him.

Last games i played against him was in straight pool: 4 games and 2-2 result.

To both clans: just try to be friendly, shake hands like best friends and make an agreement to get the match played.

Deadline Day and Subs:

This is where the subs rule is silly - 2 weeks not being able to make any subs is restrictive and stops fixtures from being completed and a flow. I think 1 week no subs would be sufficient instead.

Now we are going to be screwed over due to our subbed in players partner being induced in the early hours of Deadline Day and our only other available players being based on the other side of the world. Our opponents refuse to play anyone before 6pm on Deadline Day - it's ridiculous.

Sorry but this 2 week no subs rule is inappropriate and I'd render it as useless. It needs to be re-evaluated asap. I know why it was implemented but it's not benefiting anyone , in fact it's more a hindrance.
