If it's a particularly nasty virus sometimes the only option is to do a complete system restore. That is if restoring to an earlier date doesn't work. You will lose everything but atleast you won't have to buy a new computer. The longer you leave it the more destructive it will get.

It's preventing the laptop from doing a system restore, I can fix it myself dgeneratio, only problem is, it's made my laptop so slow, it will only open folders, that's it. I'm running this in safe mode.

Anti-virus has been run in safe mode, found 65 viruses lol, but it can't remove them, so I'm having to tackle them 1 by 1, getting through most of them, but I reckon they keep multiplying, or they are decoys for the biggie at the centre. it's tough man!

This is my 4th day on it, surely not long now
