I personally agree with Been on the whole FCL arguement. Not because of the bonus points, but because of the frames for points situation. FCL has always been points per frames, then bonus points were brought in, to make sure an unbeaten clan had a large percentage chance of winning the league, and not being beaten by a team that went 12 wins, 2 losses.

I understand their point of view. In their eyes this isn't Pros. Pros stood for the top of the top. Best of the best. And if it isn't that, then it's not Pros.
When I first played clans Pros were like an untouchable entity. Brilliant players and top sportsman too (for the most part) letting it go out on a high seems more proper than dragging it on until it's worthless.
But, TBH, I don't really care. It's just sad that the legends of the game disappear one by one and players like me lose the chance to compete against them for the fun of the game.
I'm sure i wont make new friends with this post ... Who cares!!! Keep the name!! If they cared for the name they would of stayed and fought for the legacy to keep it going!! Instead they abandoned ship as soon as there was a real test to win!! Some of the best stories are the underdog stories! If the players would of stayed the Pros could of won even with the weaker team.. Dgen you took over "Pros" keep with it !! If they want to preserve the name, then they can come help. Instead of leaving the first sight of leak in the ship!! Doesnt matter the reasons they said they left.. Dgen you will be a great captain!

Do you really think changing the name will keep the history and reputation of Pros safe ?, I don't think so, it will still be the same team as now so too late, you should,ve folded Pros after last season then started fresh with a new name, changing the name will make no difference now, you will still be Pros but with a new name, changing the name won't make it a new clan, sorry but this looks like desperation by the founders to stop their precious clan looking bad if they don't win, I say stick with Pros and give it your best shot.

Yeah made an account called vixen_oxo and said he wanted to leave, i saw through it as he made two accounts before.
the name request are from the pro founders, i would like to keep pros name but they want me to change it.
founders aren't bait but Connor has already celebrated behind the scenes hiding behind his accounts even going so far as to impersonate dee which i saw through.
would still be the same core team whatever happens, the founders care about pros history which i can understand and don't want to lose out on titles.

difference is, i founded D&C too but your right, if they are dead set on a name change then will do so as its just a clan like any other
And it feels like on snooker when arpeggi was arguing about dollars and cents saying he had a say in it as he started it.......when he hadn't played for a year!!
As a former member of snooker clans winning things in Untouchables and Dollars and Cents I am concerned about their reputation and history

Pretty sure all the "Pro's legacy" nonsense would be soon forgotten about if you became the Angry Kocks! lol Having a clan name blocked by the swear filter may be a little annoying though! lol
If ever proof was needed that funkypool is a natural enemy to the English language - it's that non swear words that are in every English speaking dictionary are blocked by the swear filter on here!
