he asked what Pros condition was, i said its on rocks, could do with a couple of members and so he decided to stay with us.

i didn't pressure him or get angry by him wanting him to join Firestorm as true friends respect player choices instead i wished him luck which i truly meant.

At end of the day, it is up to the player which clan they want to join so players need to respect those decisions even if they don't agree.

Yep. But respect is a two way street. Joining a clan is a contract in a way. As far as I'm concerned once you make a decision you stick to it. Vix has now joined nearly every clan and in total has probably played less than 10 matches total for the league. Doesn't do much for the continuity of the league in my opinion.

Quite a good post, although i'd be rather hypocritical to say this myself, considering i made a mess of what i wanted to do after Black Scorpions.

But yes, to leave and not even inform me through private message or anything was a tad unexpected, especially considering everything she had told me in pm about wanting to help the team etc.

At least he is still keeping his team in the leagues Huts. Credits to him for doing that. Rather have an average team like u say (although i dont agree with it) than have one more clan out of the leagues.

To be honest that's what stuck out to me. The fact there was a paragraph about how the league needed a hand before leaving without even playing a game lol. No doubt she'll become retrospective and it will somehow be the teams fault or the players in it, I made the right choice, turn it around, I'm glad after reading this etc.

Another thing is I don't see James running around to sign any other 45.3% overall players for the pros and I know for a fact some of the top players in this clan will be scratching their heads on this signing.

Vixen, if you read this a little friendly advice for you. Maybe you were trying to genuinely help the league and a new team. That's great! In future though it might be a better idea to leave the help and stick to one team instead of clan jumping like you have been since arriving on pool. We tend to have faith in those that convincingly say they are here to help a team, so when the team is abandoned without a word it's actually pretty disrespectful.

Yup, if i was like other clans and only sign 15 beenjammins, harrys or harriets then we wouldn't get anywhere as a) putting other clans in jeopardy b) while pros winning most is good, it does get boring after a while.

don't forget Huts i captained some Pool Noobs from Snooker to second place in Wipeout so upsets can happen.
