1. When and how did you find Funkypool?

Inventively typed "poolgame.co.uk" in the search bar and found pool sharks way back when! Crossed over to "funkypool" after a period of stubborness (didn't like the new colours and layout haha). I'm a lifer

2. Do you remember your first significant Funkypool achievement?

Didn't make any waves early on. Won a few tournaments (again when 8UK was the only table) which were pretty difficult! First decent moment i can remember was probably reaching virt on the 9US table....but that was only 5 years ago!

3. Which game type is your favorite and why?

8UK - I hated the middle pockets at first but then came to love them! This was the only table we had when i started too so i'm staying loyal! Though i do like the quick game that 9US offers.

4. Would you consider yourself a rank, tournament, clan or anything goes type of player?

Used to be a ranker when i was on here loads but I only play here for clans these days. I emigrated to snooks when that started up and didn't play here for a long time. kev04 dragged me back to join cobra's which was my first taste of clans!

5. Where do you stand on resetting?

mrmagic is my 2nd account. I've never reset or plan to, but i don't mind it when people do! Personal goals and all that. Each to their own.

6. If you could pass on 'one' single tip what would it be?

Cheer up! It's only a game All the clan squabbling does my nut these days. Does it really matter that much?!

7. Do you play pool in real life?

I smash the hell outta my mates but i would probably get trounced if i delved into it competitively!

Getting distracted by reading the forums in between shots and missing some sitters! I'm very inconsistent.

nick - whether he's about or not at the moment, it is what it is. Without him the site wouldn't be here at all and i've had the pleasure of wasting MANY an hour on here so thanks to him for that!

fastboysam - was the mod and then admin i could always ask stupid questions of when i joined the moderating team! Very impartial and just says it how it is. Top man.

turtle1560 - he's ridiculously good and never brags about it....he should! I would definitely brag

Hopefully still around! Even if it is only a few originals left i would be gutted to see it disappear completely! Tablets, consoles? Can't see it but who knows?!

There was huge interest in doubles a few years ago! It would have been ace to see what that would have looked like and how well it would have taken off!

I actually found Funky Snooker first during the world championships , was forced by jack_86 to come over and help Ninja Warriors many moons ago

Definetly 9us , if you have a decent break chances for the r/o are better also you can fit loads of gams in compared to the others

On Respect thing these days a lot more names like Cliffy, Zante, Rich, Faust, Eri, Pirate, Turtle, Imran, Jimmy, Fran, Mich, Sam (fastboy), Baff, Fuunky, Keith, Seb and many more

I'd say the guy i would respect most is Harry as we speak quite a bit
