1 player in on Deadline Day - Anthony Martial. BUT he wasn't the only one. The young Regan Poole along with; Victor Valdes, Sergio Romero, Mateo Darmian, Morgan Schneiderlein, Bastien Schweinstiger, Memphis Depay, so it was a brilliant transfer window. Now a new signing in De Gea too, United fans had given up and accepted he were going to leave, to still have him and talks about signing a new contract is awesome.

I would have liked to have bought in another CB but Chris Smalling has been brilliant so far. Daley Blind is playing very well and the best two signings are Darmian and a new reinvigorated Luke Shaw.

I don't know much about this Martial but I trust LVG he wouldn't sign anyone he didn't believe in. To be compared to the great Thierry Henry aged 19 must stand him in great stead, I think he's going to shock a lot of doubters. Harry Kane surprised many last season, not been anywhere to the standard this campaign yet and certainly isn't worth the rumoured 40m so C'mon Martial show us what you can do.

The best signing of the window for all teams imo is Georgio Wijnaldum and Mateo Darmian. I think Florian Thauvin and James Milner will be brilliant too. Worst signing of the window IMO is Yann M'vila and Mitrovic. Both liabilities to their respective teams and a caution away from an inevitable yellow card or red. M'vila and Lee Cattermole is midfield together is very silly Imo. Was a great free kick the other day. Keep it on the ball not opponents legs.

3-1 United vs Liverpool - Love It!!!

Completely outplayed them in the 1st half, they were running around like headless chickens. 2nd Half we dominated until they scored a great goal scored. A great set piece for the opener, Liverpool's defence have to be blind to see that was going to happen.

Herrera then taken out by the young lad (RB), penalty awarded, Herrera steps up and BANG!!! Goooaaallll!!!

Then Benteke scores an immaculate finish (overhead scissor kick) De Gea stood no chance. Anthony Martial then decides to take on Liverpool's abject back line and score a sweet side footer in the bottom right corner.

United played very well, fully deserved the Win and WOW Everton 3-1 vs Chelsea, they are is disarray atm. Bey Mourinho's regretting losing Cech - ouch! Shame about Courtois but every team has it's injures so really no sympathy.

C'mon United!!!!

Jack Butland yet again showing why he should be England's number 1 yet again today he stopped us getting a hammering shame he hasn't got a better defence in front of him.

How Moreno wasn't even booked let alone sent off is a joke, surely that was a penalty too?

Horrific tackle, horrific injury for someone so young. Luckily he has youth on his side so he should recover and hopefully return even stronger.

Top Player was playing great too. Get Well Luke.

The reason he wasnt booked and no foul was given because it was a clean tackle in regards he won the ball.

Horrific tackle some will say yes some will say no, my opinion it was a great challenge but those kinds of tackle known as a scissor can be very dangerous as proven last night. FIFA need to put in a ruling against that tackle to stop these kind of injuries happening in the future.

Hope you have a speedy recovery definitely one for the future!

A tackle can be as clean as you like, if it is careless, reckless or using excessive force then it's still a foul even if you don't make contact with the player.

Having looked at it, a scissor tackle is also dangerous because it has a high chance of causing a serious injury. There would be no arguments for it to be a red card. It actually didn't seem too bad at first because he didn't use excessive force. It was reckless though, so it has to be at least a yellow.

It is in between though, because it has to have been dangerous enough to cause injury because it takes a lot to break a leg in two places. I would say a lenient ref could get away with a yellow card depending on how the game had been, but it should be a red because it's a scissor tackle.

its all about interpretation unfortunately

LAW 12

Careless, reckless, using excessive force

Careless
means that the player has shown a lack of attention or consideration when making a challenge or that he acted without precaution.

No further disciplinary sanction is needed if a foul is judged to be careless

Reckless
means that the player has acted with complete disregard to the danger to, or consequences for, his opponent.

A player who plays in a reckless manner must be cautioned

Using excessive force
means that the player has far exceeded the necessary use of force and is in danger of injuring his opponent.

A player who uses excessive force must be sent off

Scissor tackles usually result in a red because of the high chance of injury,
