Strange games. Didn't deserve to win 8us 4-1 in fairness. 9us scoreline was about fair. 8uk scoreline really wasn't fair - My luck deserted me and I probably should have won it 4-1. Fouled the black in the first for a 7 balling. In the 4th, I played a nice shot to clear a pocket that Paul had covered, only to snooker myself on the last ball. I potted it on the escape but then clipped his red with the black leaving it covered. He did the obvious snooker, I played the escape well which would have left him snookered in return, the white looked like it'd stopped for it to drop a second later lol. The final frame I had another ridiculous in off with my remaining two balls and the black in the open. Sorry guys, hoping my luck turns soon.

Cheers mate. Yeah I noticed...think in the first two frames of UK, he potted one ball lol. Just couldn't believe how bad my luck was there though. Don't think I've ever beaten Paul and think I've played him four times now haha.

Sam was a bit fortunate potting the black in the first 8us but he was easily the better player here anyway. I missed what seemed to be a certain runout when the balls split perfectly in 9us. Actually played well in UK for once! Clearing in one visit for the first after he potted one and then knowing I needed to win the final game to draw, I found a well hit runout from somewhere to get the win!
