chapster_7 says he will try and be online over the weekend to play _pacman so that's good. Have informed my player.

I told you he should be about, further postings were not needed from you again.
I assure you i know how to run a clan and will sub if need be. Ive only been doing it 10 seasons.
and no i dont need help off other captains lol.

It's ok I'll make a swap if i see any of your players online and they are willing to play, you might know how to run a clan but after the first 14 days of the fixture your player will of been available for 2 days at best and might not even be that if he's only going try be on by the weekend.
What would you do If the opponent was unavailable in the 3rd week after been available for the first 2, would you expect them to make a sub then?

Similar situation with sarah v derik, i asked for a sub faust said we got time, i didnt moan as I know when its needed it will be done.
If you had told me politely you are not going to be on in the weekend i might of made a swap.
i think your idea of making a swap when you see one of my players is selfish tbh.
But that is your right to make a swap, though its my players right to refuse if they choose to and its my right to reverse It.
