Great fun vs my good mate w_hoolahan in an fcl style match for a bit of fun, finished 9-6 to him. After a bit of a sloppy start in 9us where he beat me 5-0 I managed to get 2 in 8uk (also missed a good chance for a runout) and finish strongly with a 4-1 in 8us!

The most impressive part is that he ran out in all three game types! I also had my first ever 8us runout, improved massively on that. ggs mate

Aha was great after 8-9 days away to hit 3 run outs, never done that before much, with one in each type! Felt good.

Yeah if only it was a real clan match! Haha, think you'd be one of the only ones to do it, if not the only one.

He started very well and took the first frame, his potting was brilliant and I had to play smart in us to beat him, he could have taken one or two more but he just couldn't hold it together on the harder shots and went in off twice leaving me with an easy clearance both times.

9us he just had no luck, had a chance to take the 1st but ended up snookering himself, which was pretty ul, then to add to that I got left with easy combos in the next two games, also there was a vital fluke snooker from me in one of the frames which cost him that one, not great for him.

8uk he took first frame again, after I gave him a carry after snookering myself on the black trying to clear with him still having 7 on the table, next 4 I played smart and took my chances well, I got a bit lucky again avoiding sinking the black by a whisker in a reckless shot.

Not too many mistakes from me, my positional play was good and I barely missed, he had some moments but just had no luck.

Nice guy, the games were fun, felt I played well and as he said he can play better.
Won 8b and 9b 4-1 and he came back and won 8buk 3-2.
I did seem to make a few errors at the start but felt he let me off where I punished him.
Do think he deserved a couple more in the first 2 but he made up for it in 8buk.
