He wasn't in it in 8us missed a few shots he would usually make easily, I feel he gifted me at least 2 of my frames, but I also got unlucky in the last one due to a tough positional shot which I just missed out on.
9us the balls rolled well for him and he took his chances well, my positional play was awful, I got a few flukes which didn't get me far but mostly pretty bad luck. I won the last frame with a hit and hope, I said sorry but after all my bad luck I didn't feel that guilty, but shhhh :)
8uk he just wasn't really on it again, he missed a simple shot in 1st frame which left me with a clearance, second frame I pulled off a hell of a clearance and 7 balled him, 3rd he got unlucky with a positional shot on the black where he hit one of my balls that was over the bag and knocked it in, 4th and 5th just didn't really roll well for him and he fouled in both I think, I took my chances well and took them both.
Nothing special from either of us tbh I'm just glad he wasn't in top form or this could have been much different lol, I think 8-7 - 7-8 would have been a fairer score but that's just the way it goes.

Lack of match practice really showed here, the final score was 6-2, but 2 of the frames I won were when the match was already over.
I had a couple of chances, but failed to pot from promising positions. The match was mainly one-sided though, cliffy potted some amazing balls and had the white on a string.
Very well played to cliffy, deserved the victory.

Pretty poor standard, we both should have done a lot better, the balls didn't roll particularly well for me, I wanted more from this, no doubt he did too.
