Another one is when someone keeps giving you hints for something...
"James if your making cuppa, i will have one"
"James fancy ago on Tanks and let me have an hour on computer"
Instead of just asking if i can make them a drink or have the computer for a bit.
Funny thing is 9 times out of 10 i say "yes of course" unless i'm doing something which i say "can you wait until x time and you can have it for a bit".
Gets me down sometimes and annoys me a bit.

people that moan , and forget the good things in life they have

One of my top gear grinders of all time is........
Sleeping face to face with someone, I couldnt care less if I was sleeping next to Kim Kardashian, the thought of breathing in someone else's breath cripples me, it's nothing personal ladies

on top of that, plastic bags are bad for the environment
maybe worry about what 3rd world countries are doing
rain forest
wild life
oil and fossil fuels
sad to complain about a plastic bag
when the above lead directly to the global warming & influence our planet to over heat
Then take a bag, if you go shopping then you know you need to carry what you buy. It's nothing to do with loyalty and you don't have the right to a free plastic bag.
Fast food restaurants do it for profits, they don't encourage you to bring your own condiments so it's completely different.
It's the customers bad habits that cause the issue, and other attempts have little to no effect (tesco green clubcard points). If the bags had never been free, you wouldn't have a problem and the price clearly isn't the issue. It's the principal of not being entitled to a plastic bag. If you are willing to carry it from the shop then surely there's no inconvenience in taking them there save for laziness. You clearly didn't need the bag, why take one? Because it's free. Even if it's just a waste. Buy a bag for life and just take it to the shop rather than getting a plastic bag to never use again.

We'll then you're stealing them or shops are breaking the law
"The single use carrier bags charge legislation came into force in Wales on 1 October 2011. Single use carrier bags are no longer given away for free when people buy goods."
With proceeds from the money raised going to good causes, it's a worthy cause itself. What's sad is to just throw about big issues to cause an argument you so crave when money can be raised via this to help deal with those problems. Especially since recycling has a direct effect on all those matters, bit sad to belittle a cause cause because you aren't behind it.
