The FCL runners reserve the right to make any ruling on any removal, release and signing that may take place as appropriate.

The rule is in place to protect clans from an exodus, not to trap a player to a clan. Keith spoke to his back room staff and it appears that it was either unanimous or close to it. Mirr was unhappy and didn't feel involved in Scorpions (looking at his posts on the thread, this is true). It was evident that he wouldn't be playing again for Black Scorpions so to block the move was just preventing a player actually playing.

I'm sure when you calm down you will be able to accept the decision, even if you are unhappy with it. But he will still be serving his quarantine in each respective league. No bias, no cheating and no broken rules.

In a tournament just now a lovely message from 'reserved' who ever the hell he is haha...

"The way you've dumped your clan is a complete joke, sell out. On ignore"

8us - (2) vs (3) Very scrappy stuff as both of us hadn't touched a ball in the US section in ages! Managed to get a bit of decency to our play by running out in the final game!

9us - (2) vs (3) Good games, tactical and nice finishes! Fran ran out with a very nice break in the final frame!

8uk - (1) vs (4) I should've had 3 out of 3 run outs but messed up the most easiest chance in the first frame after i potted 2 yellows and 1 red in the break then missed an open red to hand it to him! H was unlucky in the second which allowed me to clear up to level and then I ran out in the third. Fran had connection issues as he got logged out on his break, we replayed and had 1 break each left.. I got the first break and timed out to which he kindly decided to replay again. Finally, got the break and ran out again. In the fifth, he broke and was on a decent chance of a run out but his connection problems kicked in again, he randomed and then I finished it off, I did ask him if he wanted to replay it but he was okay for it to count.

Has there been any movement on any of the other games so far?

I was asked by yourself to clarify the rule as mirrr had asked to be released and was no longer wishing to play any games for Scorpions. As even though he did not want to play for you, you wished to invoke the rule and not release him to prevent him joining another clan.

I also received a message from mirrr pleading his case that you were going to use the rule to stop him moving to a clan he wanted to play for as he was not enjoying Scorpions.

The messages were sent to all league staff and from there replies I have applied the majority decision which is common sense.

If anyone else has an issue with the decision, please message me offline and I am happy to discuss and let chips n gravy have their thread back in the meantime.
