Inter-clan comp
Wanted to do a little inter-clan comp to keep things rolling now the season has finished but don't want to have any pressure to those who want a break so was thinking...

King of the Clan
-FCL match
-1st person to challenge the King on the thread gets the match and players are free to arrange at leisure
-Players can post to be next in line for the King
-Losing challenger or de-frocked King cannot challenge again within 2 weeks or until at least 3 people have challenged (whichever is the shorter)
-1 week deadline for games with default info to be posted on thread and the clan to rule who is the big girl's blouse cowardy custard dodger

sounds okay, what we used to do is have an Inter League for those who wanted it.

I think we had to play two frames in home player choice (four here) and they got to choose limit up to 20 seconds

Anything you want to do tappy is fine by me, would be good to involve the new players from the off so good idea.

Not sure if i'll be available I mean had such a stressful season and matches out of my ears ...LOL

Yeah was thinking of doing individual 8 ball, 9 ball, UK and straight but we don't need that many games really...just a little side thing.

Could do my idea, those who posts play each other once, 1 point per frame, 2 for straight if you cut frames by half (or even football system). Time limit can be a tactical move as you can choose between 5, 10 or 20 seconds.

Would be nice way to get to know everyone

Do like your idea too but for lazy people they may not get involved

I call for 90 secs clock - anyone else with me? LOL - nothing worse than that counting down noise.

Killer should be 5 or 10 secs - don't give enough time for the use of a protractor lol.

I say do both, i'll be in that other one too...i'll just wait for it to get going so I can see how it works.

I'll declare myself 'King of the Clan' anyone can post to be first challenger for an FCL game, if someone has already challenged add your name as next in line...off for a kip before I pretend to be at work all night again so at least i'll be King for a day this way
