Each Round will consist of matches that are 8 vs 8
The 8 individual games will be split as follows:-
2 x FCL format games - a maximum of 15 racks in total and 5 racks of each game type (8 Ball, UK8 and 9 Ball)
2 x Super League format games - a maximum of 12 racks in total and 4 racks of each game type (8 Ball, UK8 and 9 Ball) with 'Event Bonuses' available for any Golden Break or Run Out achieved.
1 x FBL format 8 Ball game - a maximum of 10 racks in total
1 x FBL format UK8 Ball game - a maximum of 10 racks in total

spot on matey Defently a transfer window is needed and wanted by alot
horse10000... i'm not disagreeing with you on the way things could have been handled. But to break your own rules, which state that the captain, co- or vice captain must release a player is a bit far. Huts has clearly been more than co-operative with retraced, offering him games until he can find a replacement - to let retraced go would mean that BS now struggle with players along with UB. For you to intervene and break your own rules, despite consistently rejecting requests for a transfer window shows how stupid this all is. IF there was a transfer window this would never have come to this - the rules would be set in stone. This just sets a precedent for more players to come crying to you over not being released and how can you say no? when you have clearly just made an exception for one player?

The rules also state runner discretion, so once I'll more say - no rules are broken. Huts deliberately slowed the process down so that he would be ineligible for this set, which benefits no one. It's hardly co-operative to say he can play games because he would be anyway.
A transfer window would encourage players to leave mid way through a season and has caused clans to fold several times. The odd player leaving here and there isn't going to cause anyone to fold a clan unless they throw a wobbler. If you want a transfer window that means you want players to leave because there would be a lot more leaving and this ruling would still stand where necessary (though be used less).
The precedent it should set is for players to think harder about the clans they join, clans to think harder about the players they take in and captains to treat players more respectfully rather than control them and inconvenience them because if a captain acts like that then players will deactivate.
A player can cry all they want, if it is reasonable for a captain to say no to a player who doesn't want to be there then the decision would be to stop the move. There's a few players I know who are moving clans, but have agreed to see out the season so it's something the captain can manage if they are reasonable.

You had a chance to step up and release him before fixtures where released last night but to quote 'it's cool I have a trick up my sleeve' . Top man huts really no need to be awkward but if that's how you roll so be it.

As it stands as long as captains release all players have freedom of movement which I have no issue with as no one is contracted and should feel tied to a clan if they are unhappy. In the majority of cases captains release and replace and things move on. There has been a few occasions this season where captains have not and want to flex their muscles which is fine. With retraced I tried to encourage him to stay with BS as I knew it would mean both teams would be thin on active players. If he stayed it would only be UB that was. He is not the first that has been like this it is the first that has became public knowledge due to it being on the forum, there are a few players who have chosen to stop where they are rather than leave. Now I have a player who we can either allow to lose altogether which helps no one or who might be able to keep UB above water thus why I have intervened. This and the fact that I can relate to what the player has said because of what I have experienced as well. We have had 3 or 4 of these instances out of a league with over 100 players in it so it is hardly a regular occurrence. I will never allow a transfer window as the last time we had one teams were losing 4 or 5 players in the transfer window which caused a couple to fold, which is more from one team than we have had issues with from all players.

So can you tell me how it is fair for the league runner to bend over backwards to help a player who can legitimately play for a clan already yet there are players - like _siber_man_ - who have to sit out for a month?
If we are struggling for players so badly why are we conforming to an outdated rule like the one month rule on new accounts yet we are now breaking rules that are there to stop players swapping between clans all the time, in essence creating more havoc than necessary.

Unfortunately, Seth was just another class to me when it comes to straight.. I had an opportunity or two in the first frame, then in the second two frames he showed his class and did two large runs. GGs man and wp.
My apologies for losing us 2 points in the cup game, but i believe BS is good enough to make up for it and get us into the next round.

Answer to your question is It's not fair. The whole basis of the rule bending basically amounts to I'm in charge and somebody wasn't happy. To change a clan just say you are unhappy lol. It's kids stuff and there's no getting around it, simple as that. If you join a clan you stay and see it out and if you can't see it out don't join a clan in the first place! For league runners to entertain the minority of players that can't stick it out because quote "I'm not happy" makes a complete mockery of what their trying to achieve in the first place and no amount of counter argument is going to change that.
Bring back Chris, more concerned with fairness than strutting his feathers IMO.

Please don't answer that it's at the league runners discretion to decide if a player is truly not happy because that's playing god. You either state it's not ok for any player to leave due to unhappiness (lol) or it's ok for any player to leave due to unhappiness. It's one or the other.
