Problem is you jumping in and declaring yourself co-captain, posting lists of who is in etc etc in a clan that you've only just joined.
Then barking orders at people like you have some authority because you have posted yourself as co-captain.
If you have run clans before then you should know that you can't just take over like that.

It's not your place to be recruiting, it's not his place to become captain of a clan that isn't his! Kat has only been off 6 days jesus wept and it's a month before next season!
There is no urgency here and you're no savior faust, if Kat doesn't return and if the vices don't pass it on to someone else then John has a whole pre-season to start his own clan and you can get him 15 players.
