A player is entitled to a rematch if the player that is watching (or in this case not shutting up) does not have both players permission!

Yes you can request he leaves but you have only yourself to blame if you put up with it for all 15 games. You cannot then request a replay as you were not happy. The minute you were unhappy about another player in the room you should stop and request to continue in a private room with just the 2 of you in it.

Just to clarify he became unhappy when I replied to the questions he asked me and moaned about me talking when he was playing his shots although he spoke and asked stupid questions to Jim on Jims every visit but that was ok because he was allowed to do that apparently
