If no one else joins then do me and the other guy play once and the winner has to wait till next season after promotion? What would happen to the loser?

Yeah, winner gets promotion if no one else join. Loser stays and will be joined by bottom of the league above and third unless people join (so there's 3 on the bottom two leagues rather than 4 and 2.

Going to play Snooker Clan match around 7:30 but i should be free from 8:15 until about 10 if you want to play

Hey zante chapster_7 is taking a sabbatical from the game, so I doubt he will be playing these games, but will probably be okay rejoining down the line?

4-2 to Zac, didn't do much wrong except two positional shots in UK which cost me a potential draw but Zac deserved to win as he did the last time i stole a draw.

Yeah agreed matey, i actually under hit a positional shot in the first but managed to pull off 2 tricky shots, but should of been 2 simple shots instead.
Dgen got unlucky in both racks of 8buk and left me on, first time I failed to punish him the second i managed and got the 3 points
