Slightly frustrating as the frame I lost occurred as a result of me failing on the black trying to split the pack from a poor break from him. He should have had at least one more anyway though so evens out.

A terrible set from me, he potted and then played a non-pot shot. I cleared up and then played terrible position on my last colour to leave the first to him. Second was similar, but I didn't attack from the off. Once i'd split the pack to leave myself an easy enough clearance I got the position slightly wrong, and ended up fouling the black as I potted one of my balls with the table wide open. Third followed suit, only he tapped up instead of clearing and I got out of it but snookered myself on the black. Fourth was a copy and paste. 5th, he went for the clearance off my break and ironically he messed up to give me a frame. He then did the same after I split the pack but failed to pot, and with a simple clearance left I inexplicably potted the white under no real pressure to gift it back.
Gave it to him on a silver platter sorry guys!

8us I was terrible, couldn't finish a thing. 9us started the same, then out of nowhere he got unlucky and I took out some nice finishes to level it up. 8uk, we both made the same mistakes over the 4 frames so 2-2 was right. I opted for 8us to regain honour and we were both crap, both made a mistake on a clearance that wasn't on and then he doubled the black and just about missed. Then I had a simple clear, and setting up the final shot the cue ball rolled and it looked like it might have just stopped hanging over the pocket but with him blowing on the screen it just about dropped .
Overall we were pretty much even, but I think he deserved it more out of the two of us (more accurate to say I deserved it less )

Well that ends a rough day haha
First frame I was pretty good, got some decent runs in and was good positionally. Second we were both stuttering, though my safety play wasn't up to scratch so he got the first decent run in and was unlucky not to finish with it. Left the door open for me to get back in but made a hash of things twice for him to limp over the line in the end. A fair score though, ggs mate!
With two losses and a draw and all my games played, i'll be over on snooker sulking if anyone needs me in the next few days
