US: greg wasn't himself here handing me two frames early to take a 3-0 lead then i had lapses in focus and greg did well to fightback to 3-2

9: When its not your day, its not your day First i had an inoff (probably careless on my part), second greg played a snooker but unfortunately came up against "escape king" who escaped then greg cleared, in another i snookered greg and he did a lovely bank shot to take it.

UK: got let off lightly here as greg should have snookered me in one of frames but he was too attacking for me to take it here

Overall greg played well and i just cleared from his mistakes, glad i managed my secondary mission of damage limitation as i had an 8 frame drought after greg accomplished his secondary goal of damage limitation in US. I stuck it out at 8-3 down to take 3 out of last 4 frames with some help which i needed.

My Pro drought continues though but will win one day

Very good 6 points especially when could easily have become disillusioned with 0-5 in 9us. Well done for fighting till the end, 6 is a credible result in the circumstances.
