Mate I like the optimism but until people can get over themselves, treat everyone consistently, be fair and apply the same standard and dignity with everyone, embrace change and don't just say it then it won't happen.

That is one of the things which really winds me up, we are treated completely different to any other Team or Captain. Yes Admittedly I've been a prat, an idiot, a fool, tool, manipulating so and so (can't swear) but at least I'm bloody trying and we are still meeting deadlines and acquiring no defaults.

Everyone would rather focus on my negatives instead of helping or assisting with creating or maintaining some of my positives. I do have some and just would like to be treated equally and fairly, with subs/swaps, team selections etc. That whole episode tonight were as if ppl had been boiling up and just erupted this evening, most posts weren't even about the bloody swap itself.

Let's just try move forward, this site's great, we should try and get it back to how it can be.
