ooo_u_tap_2: I agree mate, the question needs to be able to carry reasons and possible solutions like my example of a question from the FCL Disc thread:

Eg. IF we were to make any changes to the FBL how many subs would you consider to be suitable for ALL teams to be able to cope with?

1. NONE
2. One-two
3. None but 1 Swap only

It's obvious with all the moaning and whining that a YES is going to be conclusive, I've even voted YES lol - so what all those who have now I agree with - NOPE not at all, I've been calling for Limited subs for ages.

Limited subs wouldn't stop arguments mate, there would still be tactical ones and you risk stopping games getting played.
