Since I often need a sub because I'm on a different time schedule to most players, I think that it's good the way it is.

Well I did something I didn't really like tbh, in refusing a sub at the end of a recent SL game, a similar situation had happened all ready and as a clan we were just fed up. I'm happy that I seemed to have the support of the clan in doing what I did, and in fact even though I openly refused to sub, we won the default 2-0 and in fact the game, happy to win the game but unhappy with how it transpired.

And it shows that as I've said before there's this belief that if you refuse the sub you will lose the default, and clans attempt to make others seem like they have refused.

Anyways its over now, lets move on gl all.

When were we asked for default information? Sorry I don't remember seeing it?

Whatever Zac - Usually you're requested to submit information, we aren't as experienced as yourselves in the art of 'default'

I never saw any such request - so you win 2-0 due to no contest. Not that it really means anything - just the principle our player were unable to play yours due to a site issue (Email Validation) yet you brag about a default award when you blatantly indicated a default was being played for. That's really worth awarding, sets a great precedent - NOT.

Incorrect, tiresome and will be reported.

8.4 Sending info to the League staff
Clan Captains/Managers are expected to make sure that all relevant information (for example private messages) are sent to the League staff either no later than 48 hours after the fixture period ends, or by a deadline as notified by the League hosts. After that, the default is processed, with or without support information, and all decisions are final at that time.

8.2 Forfeiting games
Games may NOT be forfeited by neither the clans, Captains/Managers nor players involved. Any game that is less than 100% completed is determined according to the default guidelines.

First and foremost I'd like to apologise to chris, it clearly indicates within the RULES on the website that there's 48 hours for information to be submitted, no request is required. With us not receiving any defaults throughout the entire season it were my own fault for not being fully knowledgeable with all the rules.

I know now and hopefully we will never be in a default situation again meaning we wont need to call upon this incident or Rule.

Sorry to Zac and all at PD's for my outburst earlier too.
