Grrrrr I'm so frustrating at times!!

I made 5 silly mistakes in 15 frames that went from match winning to match losing. Both first frames of 8 US and 8 UK I was on for a 7 balling and rolled both over the bottom middle pocket identically allowing him to clear up. 2nd frame of 8 US I cannoned a pot to leave an easier clear and black rocketed into the top left bag. Had a simple clear to make it 4-1 in 9 US and lost concentration and missed the pot entirely. And finally in 8 UK, I overhit another easy clear and scratched the white, then broke and scratched it again and he cleared for a 7 balling. Apart from dropping 6 frames it was quite steady lol. Both pretty much jumped on with no practice so was evenly matched.
Great guy and player too, good luck in the rest mate.

Cleared first frame in 1st visit, 2nd frame was scrappy, could've went either way, she was unlucky with position once or twice. ggs

Best clan game I have been involved in by a mile, I played the best I have in ages and still lost I started off by going 3-0 up with a run out in the second and he hadn't had one chance, he then had a nice clear for 3-1, I missed one pot in the 5th for 4-1 and he cleared. Onto 9 ball i had a nice clear in the first real chance and then he hit back with a run out followed by a clear from my break, he then missed his only pot in the next game but got a lucky snooker which I got out of but again he cleared. 5-4 down and I then run out with a lucky break when I went into the balls. Onto uk tied at 5-5 and again he had a couple of very nice clears followed by a run out in the third game to go 8-5 up, I then had a run out of my own followed by a clear and a 7 ball from his break for 8-7. 5 run outs and one missed pot each is about as good as it gets, really enjoyable game played with a nice bit of banter as well.

Great FCL contest, incredibly close and yet friendly throughout. Not a hint of a tactical substitution, and no bad losers on either side. Can we play you every week?

Yeah, it's usually one big defeat that turns a fixture. Games like this are what make the FCL so special, I wish FBL had more frames tbh.
