* Christmas time, in order get matches played.

Just a little mention: I see fastboysam offline 5 days, still time to play but with being Christmas and New Year not all players going to be available which is perfectly understandable. We have allowed all our players to sub in should they catch any of yours online.

Finished playing iam_me, neither of us played vintage stuff.

8us, he should have won all 5 frames, but I went 3-0 down without really doing much wrong, but he was keeping me off the table. Then the odd mistake came in, but missed a couple of shots he was potting earlier, so I stole 2 frames which I shouldn't have done.

9us, I started playing better, but he was still controlling things until the last frame, when we both had a chance to win the last frame, but i messed up and flicked the white in.

8uk, I was playing really well here, but he gave me chances every frame, usually clearing except for once. In the last frame, I broke and he was clearing all the balls, then missed a routine long yellow, giving me the chance the clear up, with a bit of luck. Snookered myself on my last red, so without even thinking, just doubled the white off cushion to pot my colour cleanly leaving a straight black.

4-1 me

Apart from the 8uk, he deserved the win, but 8uk was cruel to him today, giving me an opportunity to get back into the match and clinch it on the final frame.

And yeah, was a fair game, even replaying the frame he timed out on.

I don't sub in the first week unless the player is 7 days offline or there's a specific reason, 7 days will be boxing day so I MIGHT sub then or I may leave it being the xmas season.

I personally think games should be left as they are instead of this silly subbing that xvth man said they wern't going to do lol.

Not saying it to generate an argument but thats how I feel.

Silly subbing as you call it, if it gets matches played and stops us running around like a headless chicken after Christmas then we say go for it.

No harm in trying to get matches played ASAP, agree still the first week no probs, just when our players aren't available don't complain.

Just trying help get them playing for some 'silly reason'
