When he was at the Warrior's he was poor, and probably one of the worst players to get the rank of Virt. (after me of course, I'm rubbish when I get to the high numbers xD)

He was 3-0, and me playing the worst I have since I started under this name. I still didn't play well, and got the draw. It could've been rather embarrassing for me, 7-3.

And regarding that comment I said, I stand by it. I don't expect to lose against people who I think aren't as good as I am - not that I'm the best, or anywhere near that. Then there are other players, who I would expect to get beaten by. It's not arrogance, it's honesty on my part.

there's been worse players 90% of the old virt's got there boosting and cheating. which is why you don't see them about no more.

pro's have been known to have arrogance for ages. It's only recently that it's been tonned down more as there are next to no good players on these days regularly.

There's nothing wrong with voicing an opinion even if its detrimental to zak. That's part of sport.... I know zak won't be bothered by it anyway so what does it matter??

Who though Matt? Pro's mainstays like Been, Dave and Matty have always shown class.

Not once did I say I didn't respect my opponents. My opinion of what the score may be is my opinion.

In the game, I made two comments, one after he got a lucky bounce of the middle pocket, I said "LMAO", as it landed absolutely perfect for a simple black to go 3-0 (?) I think. The other, was in the last, when again, he got a lucky bounce off the cushion. I will add, neither of which he apologised for. At least when I'm fortunate, I say sorry. It could've been 4-1, and would've deserved it. Tonight, he was the better player. I agreed with him.

matty's agreed it before. You're in-denial if you think there isn't arrogance in our clan the difference is some of us are more humble than others.

Some speak their mind and put it bluntly others don't.. that's the main difference.

If you aren't able to take criticism from people who think they should've beat you. Than you shouldn't be playing a sport or a game where winners and losers show.

Not quite sure why there is a need to comment like that at all really. The only cue sports player I can think of that behaves like that is Earl Strickland, and to be honest he just comes across as a bit of a (insert suitable rude word here!!) when he does it.

Ok i think this has been blown completely out of proportion ..... Harriet has her say on how she thinks the games are and so be it. I also if i drew or lost to someone who i feel is not as good as me would say i shouldn't lose like i do in the game sometimes ... i think this has been made far worse by people commenting on it all night and having their say on it. We have always got on with the other clans and we will continue to do so but at the same time .... We expect honesty from our players which is what Harriet has done tonight, its one of those things in all honesty zak has been playing well recently he beat dvz in a players champ game and has seemed to regain form it was never going to be an easy game as on his day zak is very capable. I think what we should do now is drop the subject.

dropping it is easy to say, just a shame a lot of folk in clans can't bite their tongue, be pleasant and get on with it
