That was how it was proposed in the first place! I actually prefer it, because it adds a degree of randomness as to which players you field in the game.

I am trying to get more online, but my clan is more of a daytime one. I have 2 at the moment, but brooksy cant get online for another 20 mins as he is driving home and i only have 2 other players online, but only browsing

This is why letting Chris set a time would be better. All the clans would know when the game is agreed to be played beforehand, and if they don't turn up, they lose points! Also, if one team only has daytime players, and the other only has night-time - chris could make a compromise that neither team would be happy with, but would be fair!

if Wolf Pack isn't gonna make it, we'd better send in Pro's suggested times.

I have spoken with chris,as I can only get 2 of my guys on at this time, I have given chris a fair list of times which I think is suitable.

Sorry for arranging and pulling out at such short notice, but 2 of my guys against 5 PD's is tough anyways, let alone the 5 pros.

I hope you understand my decision here, but I think we all want a fair match (as fair as you can be against 5 pros )
