Funkypool World Championships 2014

I believe this was hosted once before by dgeneratio, but was discontinued. I would like to host a world championships for this site for this year. So if you would like to participate in this event please post in this thread. Here are the details:
Championship entry deadline: 20/07/2014 12:00pm GMT.
Games to be played: 3 of each of the main types (8us, 9us, 8uk), giving 9 games in total. Each frame is worth one point.
I will create a tournament page elsewhere where the fixtures are up, but this will only occur once the deadline is up.
The number of participants depends on how many people decide to join the tournament. I'm hoping for at least 16 but more are definitely welcome.

Those who don't will result in an automatic DQ, and the person who has been trying to chase his opponent up but hears no response will go through on a BYE. Rules are simple. As stated above, 3 frames of 8us 8uk and 9us! Good luck to you all
