it updated from java 7 60 to java 65...

white screen,,,black screen..its all im getting

iv uninstalled-reinstalled 3 times..does system restart etc.

as for the more technical stuff..no i can't do it..iv not got the mental capacity for computers/laptops.

i must say the amount of posts aimed at my one above is brilliant...

id really like to thank all of you for the work use put in to helping me fix my java crap issue..

Reinstalling the version you had before seems to be the best option

Uninstall the current update and than redownload the previus update (60) and install it
